      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;having this same issue and just submitted a ticket but the ticket did not allow me to advise it was outgoing 1-800 numbers only.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for this information. I followed those steps but the options when submitting a ticket are extremely vague. When the agent responds to the ticket do you know is it another full day before receiving a response?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
