      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was using Public mobile with eSIM on one device and changed to a new device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I purchase a new eSIM on the new one, it charged me the eSIM fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought I was eligible for a free esim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to get a refund on this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
