If you can't get the transfer request to Public Mobile, tap the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start the process to get Customer Support to look into it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS...make sure you leave your Public Mobile sim in the cell until it quit working. Then, you can install the Freedom sim.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
