thanks. yes, I am in Saskatchewan. So, it is all because of my government? $2.41 extra from my $25 plan is a lot, almost 10%. And I see there are other governments charging less and some not even charging it. Why I need to pay extra for a service I never use. Shouldn't they charge only people on use that?

but anyway thanks

how come since last summer, I see Public Mobile charges $2.41 more. But my plan seems to be the same, $25 plan. It does not look like a price hike but what is that ? I never overuse my data and my calling is unlimited and I never call Long Distance. That's like more than $20 altogether. How can I get that money back?
