    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hi there. I’m contacting you again because I haven’t heard anything as yet. I signed up yesterday and I have no service. The account says subscription expired. The agent that contacted me said they ended up charging my card again. They said they will need to make a new account. That hasn’t been done. I am unable to work and unable to get into business accounts because the verification is on this number. This is urgent for me. Please can I get some assistance. The ticket was :676953-487&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same happened to me, account got suspended and I lost all access to my phone and data, I made a 180$ payment to get my account reactivated and it has not been working since. I have extremely important obligations that have been stalled by Public mobile's horrible service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
