Click on the V in circle and edit out your personal information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try reset the Network setting on your phone and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check the status of your account to check it is active and not suspended by dialing 611 on your phone or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone or login to your account on the PM app or website to see if data was used up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
