      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I am writing to report an error regarding the data usage overview on my account.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;My account dashboard indicates that I have reached my data limit. However, after downloading and reviewing my&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;detailed usage logs&lt;/STRONG&gt;, the total data consumed adds up to only&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;half of my actual limit&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I dont know what to believe? Can someone point me how to resolve this?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/676243"&gt;@S3sousa80&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The PM data dashboard is usually quite accurate.&amp;nbsp;The data usage usually updates once a day usually early in the morning.&amp;nbsp; How much data is in your plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you really believe there is a reporting issue, then you can contact customer service agent. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA help.&amp;nbsp; It will take a few hours for CSA to respond.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
