    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just started subscribing a plan with eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While activating the eSIM by following the steps instructed, it shows error message at the end of the installation process, saying eSIM failed to be installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to submit a ticket in Public Mobile customer centre, but the Submit button at the end doesn't work even though I filled out all the fileds in the form.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see the new eSIM is existing on my phone if I look into the Settings, but it doesn't seem to be properly activated yet. Please help me figure out the activation/installation. So urgent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In your phone settings,&amp;nbsp; do you see the option&amp;nbsp; to make the Public Mobile eSIM primary or turn on this line?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you disable or remove your previous eSIM?
