      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just activated my Public Mobile plan and by Step 6 I got an error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Subscription not activated - something didn't go right while activating your subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;while trying to figure it out I realized Public Mobile does not have Wifi calling feature with I definitely need as I am travelling in a few days. I no longer wish to proceed with Public Mobile and would like to issue a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to submit a ticket but I can't click the submit button even though I did not leave any section as blank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
