    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had a public Mobile SIM card, but I bought a new phone that needed eSIM so I bought and activated an eSIM through&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Public Mobile app. after four days, the new phone got a problem and I&amp;nbsp;end up reset and&amp;nbsp;returning&amp;nbsp;my new &amp;nbsp;phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;that&amp;nbsp;I have already&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;had an&amp;nbsp;eSIM on it &amp;nbsp;and buy another one &amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;now, I&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;have a question; &amp;nbsp;in this case that &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I reseted that phone &amp;nbsp;with an&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;eSIM &amp;nbsp;in it, what should I do for the next phone? should I buy again??&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Because when I go to public mobile app in my new phone it is&amp;nbsp;saying buy eSIM .&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;To be honest &amp;nbsp;I paid for eSIM &amp;nbsp;4 days a go..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If there is a solution to not paying again please Guide me through it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sorry &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/464236"&gt;@Maryamj&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, it is not free to change from a physical sim to eSIM.&amp;nbsp; You need to pay the $5 eSIM fees once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Once you paid it once, you can get replacement eSIM for free as long as you satisfy the conditions&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If this is correct, then yes, the next eSIM is free. You just need to download the app, purchase an eSIM for $5 and then at the check out, it will be free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
