    <description>&lt;P&gt;There is very poor service in my urban area (Edmonton) as a result of lack of boosters between towers. All my neighbours with TELUS or TELUS affiliated accounts are having the exact same problems. Unable to make outgoing calls, texts constantly fail, calls are dropped, people cannot hear me when I call them. I've submitted a compliant and still no change. Getting very frustrated and am very close to switching to Rogers as there is a tower across the street. Does anyone else have these issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the info. These issues have been ongoing for a long time. One neighbour finally got an answer and it is a lack of boosters. Very obvious because service is virtually non existent during peak hours. Right now I have 1-3 bars inside my house.&amp;nbsp; Impossible to call or text.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm on 5G mode. Samsung s23 and it is perfectly fine. Again I know 5 people with various phones (newer than mine) who are having the exact same issues. They live less than 100m from me on the same street.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Even though you have a 5G phone and it may be on 5G with very weak signal, if you manually switch it to 4G LTE, you may get a much better signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Furthermore, I'm not sure if this would interest you, however, I have a friend who lives out in the countryside and her signal is not as good at the city.
