While the X31 is a newer model, some international variants may struggle if set strictly to 5G in areas with lower coverage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds cliché, but Ulefone software often requires a full restart to apply new APN configurations.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What speed you have jf you use 4G?? You have a 5G plan but you can get good speed on 4G too, maybe better speed if your area does not have good 5G&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And which city you are in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you can ask PM to reset the account on the system&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)
