    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to log in to the account, and I was asked to pay $50 and activate it. I paid, although I am already a paying customer with a Public Mobile phone, and I got nowhere. All I wanted to know was whether I could use the phone in the US with the current subscription. I have spent well over 2 hours and gotten nowhere.&amp;nbsp; How do I find out what my subscription is and whether it is valid in the US?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yours should be a Canada US or Canada US Mexico plan.&amp;nbsp; But you can check it yourself.&amp;nbsp; Can you login My Account and go to Subscription &amp;amp; Add-on page to confirm the plan details? Post a screenshot and we can confirm&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply. When I log in, I get the screen below. It is asking me to complete the activation. When I go there, it assumes that I am transferring a phone.
