    <description>&lt;P&gt;if you are not porting your number out, you need to manage the cancellation yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just go to My Account and disable Subscribed from Payment -&amp;gt; Manage Subscription&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/676072"&gt;@Moonwalk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you don't need your phone number? you don't need to port out to another carrier?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since PM is prepaid, you paid for the month and won't get any refund if you leave early.&amp;nbsp; So, it doesn't matter which date you closed the account, you just make sure PM does not charge you again after the current cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, what you need to do is to login My Account, go to Profile page, Manage Subscription and turn off "Subscribed"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
