      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched from another provider to Public Mobile and so far I have had a horrible experience. My old number has been inactivated and new one does not work - I cannot call, text or use the mobile data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have raised several tickets - none of which are being addressed properly. I get advice on using a different phone, restarting, resetting networks - none of this is working!! Are customer support agents normally extremely slow to respond? I have been more than a day without my phone!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moreover, my 'payments' tab shows double the amount I'm expected to pay - for zero service thus far.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please give me honest feedback on whether to consider this a lost cause and to switch back to my old provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/675442"&gt;@Raghavan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the Customer Support folks look to be swamped right now ....seems like new activations are troublesome for a few people. Can you hold on a work with them to resolve the issue...I'm certain they'll help asap. Watch the Community inbox will be highlighted when they respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried the sim in a different cell yet ...ignore that suggestion if using an esim of course.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
