    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my subscription doesn’t get activated and I can’t even get a ticket for support. It keeps asking me to log in after lots of logins.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can I rather get a refund? What would happen a month later if I cannot ever activate this? Would it keep charging me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
