Does anyone have a PM account using an iPhone 17e? The IMEI verification is telling me that my iPhone 17e is not compatible with PM. I was trying to purchase an eSIM but ran into an error. CS_Agent is telling me that that is the problem... that my phone is not compatible. It just seems unreal that the latest iPhone is not supported by PM.

I think it is an error because all new iPhone and Samsung phone are compatible.

PM utilize B2, B4, B5, B12/B17, B13, B29 & B30 - 4G/LTE & 5G and B2 1900 MHz - 3G frequencies.

The iPhone 17e covers most The PM frequencies.

To double check, enter the IMEI of your 17e on the PM VoLTE compatibility…it should be compatible.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte

I have the iPhone 8, X, 12, 13 Pro Max, 14 Pro Max and 16 Pro Max and they are all compatible with PM. Don’t have the iPhone 17e.

I think the agent might be mistaken about the iPhone 17e not being compatible with iPhone 17e. . If you check the iPhone setting for the eSIM maybe it has installed already and make sure “turn this line on “ is toggled on and reboot the phone and it reset network settings

My iPhone 16 Pro Max is the last iPhone with a physical SIM.
