    <description>&lt;P&gt;iPhone 11 Pro max moving to iPhone XR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;“Bought” a new eSIM through the app (discounted to free)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;didn’t work, pop up says contact public mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;esim is not showing in cellular.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now eSIM on old phone isn’t working and neither is the new one. Fun times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how does this get sorted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
