      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/602817"&gt;@Johnny878&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reboot phone and reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Change the network mode to 4G and 5G and see if one of them is better&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but remember, number of bars might not mean good or bad reception.&amp;nbsp; Check if you have missed calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if nothing help, the only solution maybe to change to a provider with Wifi Calling, like Koodo or Telus&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot. Most likely too much concrete and metal around you blocking reception.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
