      <title>Can't activate subscription or submit a ticket</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to activate my subscription but an error comes up on step 6 of 6 saying "subscription not activated" and to contact customer support. When I go through the chat bot, it suggests I submit a ticket. I filled out all fields in the ticket form, but the button to sumit the ticket it greyed out. Going back to the chat bot, it suggested I clear cache and cookies or try a different browser. I have tried all of that and even did all of these steps on a different phone but I'm having the same issues. I can't reach customer service and I'm going around in circles.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
