      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/646696"&gt;@Skye2003&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you transfer your old number out to different network ? if you no longer have a Public Mobile account...now you need to download the Public Mobile app to your cell, create a new account using a different email address and then select a new plan. As long as the sim card you have is new and never been used, you can use it for the new account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
