    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I am porting my number from Fido to PM. I replied YES to the Fido SMS yesterday at 11:25 PM. However, my line is still dead. I have no service. My PM eSIM shows a temporary number (263) ***-**47 instead of my real Fido number. Please manually complete the port on your end or re-trigger the porting request&lt;/P&gt;</description>
