      <title>Trying to activate</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a PM plan and ordered a SIM card at the same time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I bought a phone that only uses an sim. Now I want to change that activation process but I am stuck in an endless loop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go to My Account it just continues to try to get me to activate the phone with the SIM card I haven't recd yet. there is no option to buy an esim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it is not then you are wasting time and money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, activating can only be done on the PM app and not on the computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the make and model of your phone so we can check to see if it is eSIM compatible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
