      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/552329"&gt;@Carolinacr&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;your sim is "not active", maybe cause you are not in Canada.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Important thing is account active or not.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Can you tell me if you can login My Account on the browser?&amp;nbsp; can you actually go into the account ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or download Fongo app from app store, then setup Fongo so you can make calls.&amp;nbsp; Once Fongo is up, call 1855-4PUBLIC and enter your number.&amp;nbsp; If the system can find your number, your account is still there and you just need to pay and resume service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Depending on the plan you have. If you have the Canada, USA and Mexico plan. It will only work in those 3 countries.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are not within the countries you plan covers then this is normal until you return to Canada.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What country are you at?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
