why I got charge PUBLIC MOBILE SELF $32.77 on Apr 1 and also charge PUBLIC MOBILE SELF-SER $22.60 on Mar 27 ? Just found this and it also happen on Feb and Jan, 2 times charge in a month, I did not know if this already happen since when, due to my transaction only can tracking up to 3 months. Please advise.

Since PM is on a 30 day cycle and not monthly cycle. The charges for $32.77 looks fine but the charges for Feb. 25 (1gb data) and Mar. 27 (5gb data) could be data add-ons you may have purchased 1 week before your renewal date.

Is it possible that you may have an add-on that you may not be aware of? It should show up in the account portal on what each charge is exactly for.

the entries were from credit card.

But can you login My Account and go to Payment History and post the payment history from Jan to now so we can understand? (remember to remove any personal info)

hi Team, thank you for all your reply, just realize this is my wife's phone that she switch to Public mobile few months ago. You may ignore this request.

so, your wife has a $20 plan. The month she got charged $11.30 was because there was a $10 Referral credit so it charged less. Happy that it is now sorted
