      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, you didn't receive the porting authorization text from old provider? or you meant you are not receiving text on your PM sim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on your PM sim, can you receive incoming calls?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
