      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid for the $33.90 plan (eSIM) for J*Y*. My account number ends in **&lt;STRONG&gt;33, email adress is&amp;nbsp;&lt;A&gt;g********l.com.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;I cannot log in to the app to install my eSIM due to a 'Something went wrong' error. Please send me the &lt;STRONG&gt;eSIM QR code manually&lt;/STRONG&gt; and help with the login issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
