      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking for help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Changed plan before renewal and $44.50 was charged on March 28th and changed to lower plan same day and same was charged $39.50.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would the previous charge be refunded back?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
