I would like to have the refund of the last payment since I have cancelled my plan.

Didn't know read it, Public Mobile has no refunds, no credit policy.

Hello @leonardoaboud

The only way Public Mobile will refund you is if you ported out before your last cycle and the system accidently charged you. If you cancelled your service in the middle of a cycle, then that was your choice and they won't refund you. If this was an accidental charge, use the chatbot in the bottom right corner to contact them.
