So I got a new phone that uses esim bought the esim how do I move my # to it and since I got the esim my old phone doesn't receive or work outgoing

if you login the PM app on your new phone using the same email address, the eSIM installed on your new phone will have the phone number, no extra work to do

If you bought the eSIM on the new phone, it should work. Try Reboot phone and Reset network settings
