    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told by a Public Mobile agent that my eSIM should have been free since it is a new activation. I was charged $5 when I subscribed. I cannot get an answer from anyone, either chat or customer service support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;first time eSIM is not free&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is only free for replacement, but with limitation still.&amp;nbsp; It is only free for replacement esim if the last one bought was 15 days ago or more&lt;/P&gt;</description>
