      <description>&lt;P&gt;My credit card was cancelled due to fraud and of course my Public Mobile payment was due the day after they cancelled the card.&amp;nbsp; Without notice, they cancelled my Public Mobile phone service.&amp;nbsp; For the life of me, I could not figure out how to restore it after I put in new credit card.&amp;nbsp; Thankfully, the wizards on this community site provided a link to do it.&amp;nbsp; But, how the hell do they know this link, when it was not available on the payment page???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, thank you to the people making this site possible and useful!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
