      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a broken display on my phone - I am trying to change my Public Mobile services from the broken phone to a working phone, however can't get the 2 factor authentication code from the broken phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any tips?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Usually if you click on the option that says Didn't receive this code? There is the option to send code to your email instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Click Didn't Receive Code or Resend code, you can then choose Send email or Send Voice Message.l to get the code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With Send Voice Message, call yourself from another phone to access VM to get the code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still cannot login, ask PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
