Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/673478"&gt;@Nique2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;while most number can be transferred around, not all numbers can be transferred everywhere.&amp;nbsp; There are some limitation based on "rate centre" (bascially the physical location tied to the phone number and depends if Telus has an operation in that location)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you mind to share the area code and the next 3 digits of the phone numbers? I can help to confirm&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nothing to do with Telus tower nearby or not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a Telus number, it can be ported here definitely&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to save time, choose a new number first to complete the activation.&amp;nbsp; Then you can open ticket with PM and ask them to help to port in the number for you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
