<title>topic Activation issues in Get Support</title>
    <link>https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Activation-issues/m-p/1426709#M973538</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have submitted a ticket but have not had a response yet. My husband and I both subscribed on Friday night and our phones have not yet been activated. We are still using our previous provider. Because of those issues, we have unsubscribed. I did notice that Public Mobile has charged both of our accounts. Because the activations did not go through I would expect those charges to be reversed? Please advise and confirm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
