When does the billing cycle start?

Hi there,

I'm a new customer that just subscribed to the $25 plan on last Friday but haven't activated it yet. Does the billing cycle (1 month) start on the date I purchased the subscription or the date I activate the plan?

It starts when you activate the sim card.

Public Mobile does not have monthly plans. Your plan last for 30 days. Your plan period will start after you've received your SIM card and have completed the activation.
