      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long ago did you port in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you reply to the sms confirmation of the port?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disable the previous sim and insert or enable your Public Mobile sim and make it sure it's set as primary and restart your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, in order to port you must receive and confirm that was your intention.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can create a ticket for the agent to assist you or check your inbox for another reply from slusagm with the phone number to contact to re-do the port.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
