      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to Shoppers Drug Mart and bought 4 $40.00 vouchers, 2 went into the wallet, and the other 2 could not be loaded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought them on Saturday in Whitby on 3100 Garden Street, Reference # 105379.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 2 vouchers that did not load&amp;nbsp; 1) Blackhawk ID# xxxxxxxxxxxx Pin#1xxxxxxxxxxx 2) Blackhawk ID#xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, pin # xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please look into this matter and put the balance ($80.00) into my wallet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you also explain why this happen as I usually load this account so there is enough money for a couple of years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&amp;nbsp; Al&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;vouchers from drug mart should be good and can be used immediately&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ask PM to check for you first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. If you ever decide to leave Public Mobile, you'll lose whatever balance is in your Available Funds...and there's no refunds either. Best to use valid Cdn payment card....Visa / MC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
