      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a SIM card online yesterday, and the website showed that the payment was unsuccessful. I tried three times. This morning, I attempted it again, and it still showed as failed. However, I confirmed with my bank, and they said the payments were successful. So it seems the website has charged me three extra times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
