      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m experiencing an issue with my number transfer to Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently tried to transfer my number from Fizz to Public Mobile, but it seems the transfer was not completed successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently:&lt;BR /&gt;- Both SIM cards (Fizz and Public Mobile) show signal.&lt;BR /&gt;- My Fizz SIM is still fully functional (calls, text, data all working).&lt;BR /&gt;- My Public Mobile SIM only has data working.&lt;BR /&gt;- I am unable to make or receive calls or send/receive text messages using the Public Mobile SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like the transfer may be incomplete or stuck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please check the status of my number transfer and advise how to complete it or fix this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
