      <title>SMS not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ported over from Fizz, everything was working but since the transfer phone calls and data work but SMS doesn't.&amp;nbsp; Cannot receive or send any SMS. Using an S22 with latest software and eSim. Need help. Convinced it is from the account transfer. Created a ticket 672399-253. Need to get this working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/672399"&gt;@Jtw1979&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot your phone by powering off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Texting is the last thing to work when you replied with YES to the confirmation text from Fizz when porting is completed. It may take up to 2 hours to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same happened to me after porting from Fizz. Data and outgoing calls work but no incoming calls or texts work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
