      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/672981"&gt;@TheN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to port from Koodo Prepaid, you need to get a new phone number first, a temporary number.&amp;nbsp; After the account is setup, you will open a ticket with PM and ask them to move the line over&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you are ready to open ticket , when the PM line is setup,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
