Look in your account under manage subscription then change subscription. The plans you see there are the only ones that PM will let you change to. There are sometimes better plans than those offered to new customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

YMMV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other options include porting to another company (ie. Fizz) and activate a new promo plan and the port back to Public mobile.&amp;nbsp; That is what happened to several existing customers who wanted the last January promo flash deal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/498102"&gt;@di9383&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;asking CS agent privately wont help, they are pretty firm that they cannot help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These new activation promos are very common.&amp;nbsp; Many providers doing the same, they have separate plans for existing and new subscribers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For deal with exiting customers, you might see $26 for 20GB,&amp;nbsp; or $30-30GB, or $35-100GB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or if you like the new activation plan so much, you can port out the line and port it back in to get it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
