    <description>&lt;P&gt;Once used SIM card cannot be reused.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meaning if you had service then canceled it that SIM is useless piece of plastic and can be discarded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If system can’t locate your number then your account is closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not only is the sim card no longer useful, your account and the associated phone number are gone. You will need to sign up again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
