      <description>&lt;P&gt;Monday was my last received phone call.&amp;nbsp; I can call out, and send and receive text messages.&amp;nbsp; If anyone calls my number, it doesn't ring.&amp;nbsp; After a long pause, my voicemail will pickup.&amp;nbsp; Have any changes been made this week that would effect my service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Umidigi bison 2,&amp;nbsp; and is volte compatible.&amp;nbsp; My husband had to replace his phone 2 month ago due to that issue. This phone model had no issue.&amp;nbsp; In fact, my sim was put into his motorola G86 and same problem existed.&amp;nbsp; His public mobile sim was placed in my phone, and worked fine.&amp;nbsp; So the issue is with my sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Look on Amazon and buy a new Public Mobile sim; then log in to your account to Change sim Number. Alternative...see if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area as they usually stock them too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;added...using the web version; log in to your account &amp;gt; scroll down to find &lt;STRONG&gt;Profile&lt;/STRONG&gt; ...see &lt;STRONG&gt;Sim Card Numbe&lt;/STRONG&gt;r...tap the little pencil and &lt;STRONG&gt;Enter your new SIM Card Number&lt;/STRONG&gt;...save.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
