      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took out the Mexican Sim card and put back in the PM Sim card . Texting works but ingoing and outgoing calls all fail . My account is paid and working .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
