If it is an old phone (2017 or older) it could be locked by the carrier but it is strange that it is locked by 2 carriers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or Virgin may have entered the wrong information. Did you use your PM account number to port over to Virgin?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
