      <description>&lt;P&gt;do you have another credit card?&amp;nbsp; I would use another credit card and setup another account (using another email address).&amp;nbsp; But before doing so, make sure you uninstall the PM app and reinstall&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
