      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you are a new subscriber, make sure you removed the old sim card and esim.&amp;nbsp; Also, check to make sure Public Mobile sim is the only one enabled and set as Primary.&amp;nbsp; You can then Reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after that, check data again, and check of voice calls and text are both working, both incoming and outgoing text are working&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything is working, but my data. It was just working last night. For some reason it has stopped working today. I tried rebooting resetting my phone nothing has worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
