      <description>&lt;P&gt;I try to activate a new line with %50 discount, 24 months($50 plan, Can, US, Mex, 80GB). The system gives me $5 discount only. So, I need to pay $45 plus taxes. I stopped activation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/338157"&gt;@Abler&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is unusual. &amp;nbsp;Did you try to activate via website or PM app? &amp;nbsp;Try the PM app. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still same error, you will need customer service agent help. &amp;nbsp;I will try to escalate the CSA_PM who should private message you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
